Late harvested Grüner Veltliner, ripe and strong with notes of passion fruit
Description
Our Grüner Veltliner*** is our last harvested Veltliner, with already very ripe grapes, which gives the finished wine a great, ripe aroma of passion fruit. The grapes were first destemmed and pressed after about 8 hours of maceration.
After fermentation in our cellar at approx. 19°C, the wine was once withdrawn from storage and only then moved again during bottling.

Total acidity – 6.5%
Residual sugar – 4.0 g/l
