Grüner Veltliner Orange, fruity, natural, without additives!
Description
Our Grüner Veltliner Orange was fermented spontaneously in an open vat on the skins from raisined grapes in the press house. After fermentation, we placed the wine in a used barrique barrel for micro-oxidation for around 18 months. We then bottled the wine in clay amphorae with cork stoppers, which is ideal for further storage.
